The Costa Blanca has an excellent climate in which the temperatures are usually mild with the annual average at around 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year. The world health organisation (WHO) reportedly acclaimed it as one of the healthiest areas of the world. The humidity is low, and therefore it can be ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems. The fields of almond trees, the vineyards, the fruit orchards and the magnificent palm trees form vegetation, which emphasises the oriental nature of the landscape.
You will not purchase anything without having seen it with your own eyes. Therefore we suggest you need to visit the area in person. We do not arrange inspection flights, as most people want the freedom to spend some time to themselves.
